Bon Manjé translates to Good Food in St. Lucian creole and this was exactly Terri-Ann’s aim when she wrote this eBook. It features 50+ of her most loved recipes with a few exclusives only in this book such as the peanut punch, sweet chilli shrimp and spaghetti, hot pepper sauce and the mini cheesecakes. The recipes throughout the book mainly fall in the Easy category and are also kid friendly enough for you or your children to try. My personal favourite is the Jerk Shrimp Pasta and the oven jerk dinner and these recipes have surpassed over a million views on YouTube. The ribbon on some recipes indicates that there is a YouTube tutorial on it and you can click through to the recipe that you want to go to in the table of contents.
